TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Before starting production, an advance payment of 50% of the total value is required. This advance covers the initial costs of executing the order and reserves the necessary time for completion. Please note that if the client decides not to proceed with the order, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable. However, any fees that exceed 50% of the value of services already rendered will still be charged.

• In case of any disputes related to the contract's execution, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the commune of Santiago de Chile.

• Please note that this budget cannot be used as a reference for future quotes.

​

• The budget includes one round of revisions. Any additional revisions, aesthetic adjustments, or image representations that correspond to the original project plans may be requested.

​

• Please note that process corrections are intended solely for the client's viewing and are not intended to change the project's technical specifications or architecture. If you require changes at this level, additional charges may apply.

​

• Additional furniture or interior design requirements will be valued as an additional cost.

​

• In case of cancellation, a penalty of 50% of the total value of the content required will be applied.

​

• Delivery times are subject to availability and delivery of basic materials. If a specific image size is required, please report it at the start of production.
